This route covers 34 sources spread across five municipalities: Sardoal, Constância, Gavião, Mação and Abrantes. Seven are located in Sardoal: Fonte Chafariz das Três Bicas, Fonte Férrea, Fonte da Pena or Penha, Fonte da Rua do Vale, Fonte Velha, Fonte Nova and Fonte dos Mouros.

Integrated into a world-class tourist region, the waters of the Termas do Estoril are known since the 18th century for its effectiveness in the prevention and treatment of respiratory diseases, muscles, joints and skin, and the original building was built in the early 20th century. After the demolition of this in 1961, built this new building that houses the Estoril Wellness Center and the Banyan Tree SPA. The Wellness Centre features the latest equipment and techniques of thermal medicine and clinical therapeutic monitoring custom, as well as a specialized and multidisciplinary clinical staff.

Born in 1997, the Ribeirinha de Colares is the result of the joint efforts of its partners Patrícia Almeida Costa and Vicente Veiga, the chef. This restaurant has an atmosphere that is simultaneously welcoming and modern albeit rooted in the Portuguese tradition. At lunch time it features a simple menu of hot traditional Portuguese dishes and salads or sausage dishes at the customer's request. At dinner time, it has a quite varied à la carte menu. The wine list covers every region and all price ranges.

Dock Corner restaurant, located just off the docks of Horta, the path of Porto Pim, presents a decoration based on nautical themes. It is distributed for two dining rooms (on the ground floor and on the first floor) and has the peculiarity to serve most its dishes in a hot lava stone, accompanied by various sauces. Customers are the "chefs": can choose whether the ingredients are more or less passed or what kind of sauces use. Surely an alternative for anyone who travels to the island of Faial.

With more than 40 years, Solar dos Presuntos is already a classic. Its traditional cuisine, with a strong influence from regional Minho cuisine, enchants and convinces. Lamprey rice and fried shad with bread, in their season, are the subject of pilgrimage, but equally good and always permanent are cod à Gomes de Sá or Narcisa, lobster rice, cabidela rice and roast goat à Monção. Good green wine list.

A hiking trail known as a short route, in the parish of Lindoso, near Parada. The walk includes a passage through dense vegetation and old abandoned mills, as well as along the beautiful slopes of the Lima River. A highlight is the natural pool known as Poço da Gola, where you can enjoy a unique and paradisiacal space.

A small schist village located on the banks of the Ocreza River, between the Talhadas and Perdigão mountains. Be sure to stroll through its quaint streets and visit the old spinning mill (which also once operated as an olive press), the rotating mills, the community oven and, if you're feeling adventurous, kayak down the Ocreza River.

The Interpretive Center of the 25 de Abril Bridge (Pilar 7 Experience) offers a unique discovery of the 25 de Abril Bridge. The experience culminates with the ascension, through an elevator, to a panoramic viewpoint, which is up to the board of the bridge and allows an unprecedented and privileged view of the city of Lisbon, especially on the area of Belém and the Tagus River.

In an old reclassified agricultural property, visitors are invited to discover the rural world and to adopt sustainable lifestyle habits and to protect the environment, through a set of educational and leisure activities. It has themed gardens, a picnic area, biological vegetable gardens, bicycles, a treetop adventure park, a children's climbing wall and a Canine Training Centre.

Located on a detour from the EM567, which connects the towns of Torre do Pinhão and Barrela, the Senhor dos Aflitos Viewpoint offers spectacular views over the pristine mountains of the region, dotted with trees and granite blocks, and over the Serra do Alvão, bwing a mandatory stop on a Sunday afternoon walk through the area.
