This rural hotel was first recorded in 1881, by a descendant and family patriarch Adams "João Baptista Alves," which always arou, sowed, planted and harvested on their land the fruits that came of help from journeymen and agricultural implements. The museum of religious art is located in the hermitage of São Sebastião.
