Located in a fishing neighborhood, it has a small sheltered harbor where, as the name suggests, fish that arrived here were once sold. Today it is a tourist beach, with a large sandy area and good quality water. The sea is calm and inviting for swimming.

This is a little rocky, well attended beach. As interest points it has the bar/restaurant with night entertainment.

Beach located next to a fishing village where, in the medieval period, whaling was practiced. It is a very popular area, especially for the English, with good quality water and wide sand. Nearby, there is the Atalaia viewpoint where you can enjoy excellent views over the sea. Wide variety of good quality restaurants.

Pleasant place, located on the left bank of the Homem River, with plenty of wooded space and a children's playground. In this area, the river is low and its waters are very calm.

Well attended beach located near the Portimão marina. It has a quiet ambience, calm waters and palm trees on the sand.

Beach located in a beautiful bay, a little rocky, with a beautiful sandy beach between cliffs. A true cave paradise, its waters are much appreciated by divers, given their emerald green color. Access to the beach is via a staircase with 115 steps.

Attended by families, this beach is surrounded by small dunes and bushes.

The only beach in the parish that received the Blue Flag in 2003.A very pleasant beach albeit a bit windy.It has a park with protected dunes and the obelisc that commemorates the disembarkment of the liberal troops in 1832.It has a restaurant/bar with a youthful atmosphere and live music in the evening.
