Installed at the Fort of Santa luzia and opened in 2011, the military museum features a permanent exhibition that develops in six cores, former bunkers, where are exposed objects used by garrisons in the everyday life of the square and military equipment and weaponry from different eras, being supported by a set of multimedia products.

Traditional crafts such as shoemaking, saddlery, barber, farrier, blacksmith, carpenter, caulker, cooper are represented here, and objects from the various activities carried out in the region since the end of the 19th century are on display, such as agricultural implements, household utensils, costumes, embroidery , photographs, furniture, basketwork, toys and ceramics.

In this space, a special not to the "Adoração dos Magos" (the Three Wise Men) painted by Francisco Campos, an image of Saint Ana, the Virgin and Jesus as a Child, a sculpture named "Virgin with Jesus as a Child", of the 14th century. There is also jewelry, sculpture, religious furniture and religious clothes from the 16th to the 18th centuries.

Space devoted to the ornamental arts, placed at the Condes de Azurara Palace (XVII century). The Pathological Anatomy Museum goes back to the XVIII century. After a troubled period at the Coimbra University, in 1822, Dr. Carlos José Pinheiro assembles what was left from the anatomic pieces and enlarges the collection of autopsy specimens. With the surgery advances the collection has been enlarging even more.

Created in the 70s after the restoration works of the Mother Church, it gathers, preserves and exhibits part of the collection of religious art existing in Ponte de Lima. The permanent exhibition features collections of paintings and jewelry, in addition to many 18th century sculptures, with an emphasis on some pieces from the medieval period.
