Casa Das Irmãs Dominicanas is located in the centre of Fátima, a 5-minute walk from Fátima Sanctuary. It offers great-value accommodation in air-conditioned guest-rooms and a quaint church on site. Castro surrounded by a wall, probably with an acropolis surrounded by another internal wall. Nearby are the necropolises of Tanchoal and Meijão, which must belong to the Iron Age, with ashes and artifacts. This set includes the village of Alto do Castelo, which presents a sequence of occupations from the Chalcolithic to the Roman period, and the village of Cabeço da Bruxinha, which does not have a defined chronology.

It was built in 1569 by João Correia. It is a Renaissance church from which the portico on the flat wall stands out, sided by four ionic columns and a glassed rose window. The interior is composed by three naves, separated by arcades and supported in ionic columns. On the Gospel side there is a manueline chapel that kept its original vault and an arch flanked by two sculpted capitals.

This is one of the most eccentric buildings in the downtown area. The Santa Justa elevator allows those who are downtown, to access Bairro Alto (32 meters above) in a comfortable way. At the top of the tower, which can also be accessed via a spiral staircase, there is an outdoor cafe. From the terrace the view over Rossio, Baixa, Castelo and River Tagus is splendid.

It stands out the frontage flanked by the campanile, the doorway with three archivolts which arches settle in columns with decorated capitals with zoo and fitomorpchic motifs. IT still maintains the corbels. The inside displays a rectangular nave and behead. The triumphal arch is in double archivolt and worked capitals. It is also worthy to mention, behind the neoclassic altarpiece, a remarkable frescoes from the 15th century.

Work founded in early 17th century by Fr. Sebastian, Prior of the convent of São Domingos de Viana do Castelo. In the 18th century, the Prioress Mother Catherine das Chagas sent to the current works of stones. Include the set of altarpieces and pelmets in Baroque gilded rocaille organ and an image of Christ, about the font, dating from the 16TH century.

Tumulus quite visible in the landscape, located at the beginning of the path that leaves in 513 and binds to the outpost of Mourela. Features about eleven metres in diameter and a central Depression bit accentuated, being visible traces of dolmen, namely five pillars that appear to be from the camera. The tumulus is on the ground and identify remains of lytic Cuirass. Belongs to the Megalithic necropolis of the Mourela plateau.

Built in 1788, by determination of Queen d. Maria i. was removed from their place of origin and is deposited in a garden in front of the old Municipal market of Alverca. The original monument just leaves the top of the landmark: a square base pyramid and concave sides topped by sphere with Sundial carved. This milestone is part of the other 12 that marked the first road between Lisbon and Santarém.
