The first Franciscan convent founded in Portugal in 1222 by order of Dona Sancha, daughter of Dom Sancho I. Although deeply damaged by the 1755 earthquake, some elements from earlier periods remain. In the 16th-century cloister, the highly ornate Manueline portal that gives access to the Chapter House remains.

Romanic church from the last quarter of the XII century. The temple, with three naves, was sacred in 1206. It suffered transformations on the XVI, XVIII and XIX centuries. Outside the eye-window and the portal with columns and decorated capitals stand out. Inside are worthy of notice the retable at the main-chapel and the gothic portico of the chapel.

This is a church from the 1500s that was completely rebuilt during the 18th century. Planned by Nasoni, it features a sober construction with the portal ended by an outstanding arch. The façade is sided by a bell tower. The south tower has a belfry that was added on the second half of the 19th century. Worthy of notice are the lateral doors of the main chapel.

Solar with rectangular plan with two floors, comprising the main body with a smaller body adossado, and with coverage in gable roof. The original building dates from the 15th century\/XVI, after being rebuilt in the first half of the 17th century. On the main façade, highlighted by the portal lintel straight and in the lobby for a Tuscan column.

The building's main portal is topped by a triangular pediment and surmounted by an oculus flanked by two crevices. The interior features three naves, divided by arches and supported by Tuscan columns. The chancel features a ribbed vault with smooth quoins. Particularly noteworthy are the 17th-century carvings on the altars and the tile covering from the same period.

Built in 1719, this church was rebuilt in the mid-19th century. The facade features a portal flanked by two bell towers and a sculpture of Saint Michael. Access to the church is via a staircase made up of several baselines with intermediate levels. Of particular note are the baroque gilded altarpieces and in particular the main altarpiece, from 1731.

Romanesque temple built in the 12th century. On the front it has an ornate arch, supported by double columns and capitals. The decoration of the capitals deserves to be highlighted. The main facade is a short distance from the rock mass and was placed in the direction of the slope. Animal designs on the axial portal that signify the guard of the entrance to the temples and their sacred interior.
