This museum portrays the history of the footwear industry in São João da Madeira and the reality of footwear design in Portugal in the 20th century, while also pointing towards the technological and creative vanguard of the 21st century.

A settlement located at an altitude of approximately 700 meters, offering a beautiful view of the Côa Valley. It is a former municipal seat, where coats of arms can be found on the granite masonry houses and several mansions. Architectural highlights include the pillory, the main church, the Misericórdia Church, the Stations of the Cross, the town hall, and a 17th-century manor house. Cheesemaking and basketry make up the region's crafts.

The Centro de Estudos Camillians, housed in a beautiful and modern building designed by the architect Álvaro Siza Vieira, features an auditorium, reading rooms and temporary exhibitions, working offices, reservation and cafeteria, among other spaces. This Centre's main objective is to promote and study the figure and the work of Camilo Castelo Branco, preserving the institution's patrimony, in the fields of bibliography, handwritten documents, iconography and Visual Arts.

The Vidago Palace Golf Course is a golf course consists of 18 holes: nine located in the lower part of the field and four positioned along the slope of the lot adjacent to the Hotel Vidago Palace. The main features of this field are the steep slopes, the tees at altitude and the greens wavy. A golf course that allows the Organization of Championships, set in a picturesque valley, the Vidago Palace Golf Course will be a pleasant experience.

The Torre de Refoios is what remains of an ancient construction built prior to the castellated Foundation of Portugal. Is situated in the middle of a Green Valley, which belonged to the monks of the monastery of Refoios, along the right bank of the river Lima. Farm house with simple lines without ornaments. Inside highlights the entrance hall with ceiling of mixer decorated in the Center with a coat of arms. The chapel with a single ship has an arcosolium with Ark Tomb about three lions, Francisco João Henriques Martins, and a pulpit foursquare. The main altar has carved altarpiece which includes eight paintings to frame the image of figure of Saint Bernard.

House plant irregular rectangular housing with two floors, surrounded by extensive fenced land with a fence, integrated within the limits of the farmhouse of tiles. The access is made from the inside, since the outward facade has no doors. The main building dating from the 19th century, and there is, however, another body built later, probably in the 20th century. On the façades, there are a few sets of tiles of Art Nouveau features.

Founded by the vow of Dona Maria, wife of Alfonso XI of Castile, it is a fully vaulted Greek cross chapel-fortress. At the top of the main façade stands a bell tower with a bronze bell. The building is topped, all around, by a coronation of merlons and battlements of a clearly defensive nature. Also notable are mural paintings depicting figures of saints, according to nineteenth-century copies, framed by stucco moldings.

This 16th-century chapel preserves the Manueline portal and inscribed tombstones on its main façade. On both sides are buttresses, topped by conical pinnacles, supporting the coffered vault covering the chapel's single nave. The walls are covered in 18th-century tiles. It has a single nave and a chancel with star-shaped vaults supported by corbels, Manueline decorative elements on the clasps, vault-flush corbels, and also on the portal.
