Built in the XVII century, this church guards the most ancient Christian monument in Braga: a stone at the sacristy claimed to be from the VII century, originally from a Visigothic Temple.

This is a medieval complex comprising a manor house, tower, residence, pillory, gallows, barracks/prison, fountains, and chapel. This architectural ensemble constitutes an important testament to the genesis and evolution of the manor house in Portugal from the 12th century onwards.

This viewpoint offers privileged views over the closest rural nuclei, with the Ocean as a backdrop.
