Quinta da Anunciada Nova is situated on a hill below the chapel of Nossa Senhora da Conceição. Is a former convent, now residence, retaining the main Chapel of the old religious building, with portal and porch.

This place was initially created to supply water to the municipality, and is now a beautiful and pleasant place for walks and recreation. It features an artificial swimming pool with a small sandy area, a bar/restaurant, and a multi-purpose area.

A rather pleasant space, already awarded a prize in the National Gastronomy Contest, with well prepared traditional dishes. Good wine list. It has a renewed room - what was once rustic is now modern.

The grill restaurant changed installations in 2010. The restaurant presents itself now in new space, a few meters from the previous one, keeping the quality and history that gives fame to the House since 1995.

This site hosts temporary exhibitions of music, painting and sculpture. In an annex building is the House of Handicrafts, which sells crafts and exhibits.

Outdoor pool. Open between July and September. The deep end is 1.30m and the shallow end is 0.9m deep. Pleasant site.

This is a small garden sited between the Rua da Alegria and the Rua Dom João IV, by the Rampa da Escola Normal.

This site has a wide view of the Bay and the small islet of "Lagoinhas". A wonderful contrast between the green of the meadows and the blue of the ocean.

Park with an area of fifteen hectares, located at approximately 400 meters of altitude. Pleasant and well-maintained site, perfect for strolling.

On-site leisure's most sought of Santo Quintino, the fair Field, which is a picnic Park with several stone tables and benches.
