Building inaugurated as Diocesan Seminary in the late 16th century. In 1765 suffered major changes, by order of Bishop Dom João de Azevedo. In the first half of the 20th century worked as primary school and, in 1961, was inaugurated here the Municipal Museum of Portalegre.

Old mill, Rod press community located on the Bank of the Ribeira de Santa Marinha, where the cereeiros were going to do the wax. Even today there are manufactured annually more than 2000 kg of wax, in "breads" of 30 kg each.

Built by Companhia Aliança (Funição de Massarelos) it is an important piece of "Iron Architecture". It presents numerous constructive and decorative elements that reveal the technical and plastic suitability of iron's potential. In the past it was a fruit market and now a place for exhibitions and other cultural events.

The Church of Santa Maria de Veade preserves only some portions of the Romanesque era of significant importance, which can be dated to the end of the 12th century or beginning of next. The north side portal, the capitals and some ornate staves that are inside the building.

Bridge located on the Ribeira de Nisa, associated with a stretch of paved road. It's more a testament to the period of Roman occupation in this region. It consists of five perfect round arches with carved-seas in their five pillars, characteristic that makes the site even more enjoyable.

A hill of the Minho province. It is located near the Lima river and separates the municipalities of Viana do Castelo, Ponte do Lima and Paredes de Coura. It is mostly granitical. It reaches its peak on a plain, at an altitude of 800 metres, and it is 13 kilometres long.

Large green space offering beautiful views over the serra de Sintra, Arrábida and Monsanto, Tejo bar, 25 April bridge, Costa da Caparica and Cape Espichel. It is the highest point of the County, with 215 meters above sea level.

The Paiva River rises in the Serra da Nave, in Moimenta da Beira, and flows into the Douro, in Castelo de Paiva. It was once considered the least polluted river in Europe and remains a spawning ground for trout. It offers opportunities for hydrospeed and other water sports.

Small beach between the cliffs, that owes its name to a shepherd who lived here. To get here you may take a boat, go down the cliff or, if there is low water, you find an access through the Barranco de Canas beach.
