In the Azores archipelago, more properly in a paradisiacal zone of Terceira Island, the Quinta do Rossio is located within the limits of the parishes of Altars and biscuits. The main house of the Farm was rebuilt maintaining its secular moth, being composed of four double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen, and the whole House is equipped with central heating and a fireplace in the living room. The original furniture, most of the Dashwood family, was recovered in order to offer guests a rustic atmosphere and quiet in contrast to the hectic everyday life.

Also known as the Albertas Garden or Rocha do Conde de Óbidos Garden, it is framed in a set of ancient buildings, such as the Hospitalários Convent of São João de Deus, presently occupied by the GNR, the Conde de Óbidos-Sabugal Palace, presently the headquarters of the Red Cross and the Ancient Art Museum. The garden has a belvedere offering a panoramic view of the river. From this point, the going down to the 24 de Julho Avenue is done through an imposing double staircase, all covered with climbing plants, built in 1880-1882.

Also known as Solar dos Castros, this house was built in 1777 using reused earlier structures, such as kitchen vaults and grain bins. It features a vast façade divided by pilasters into five sections highlighted by decorative motifs. The central section features a granite gate topped with a coat of arms. The garden, with an eighteenth-century design, consists of geometric flowerbeds bordered by boxwood hedges, a pond, and a small fountain. The vegetation is topiary-like, with a curious maze of tall hedges and houses carved from shrubbery standing out.

Located in Solar dos Aguillares, a stately building from the 12th and 14th centuries, this museum, born from Raul de Sá Correia's passion for everything that concerns his land, is a source of pride for Vila Flor and even the district for its collections of painting, archeology and ethnography, African crafts, sacred art, numismatics and medals. Its contents, a gift from Vilaflorenses over the years, are now the heritage of the local people, so that their "yesterday" remains alive, and future generations know that Vila Flor has a past that needs to be preserved.

When it was created, in 1945, it was called “Museu de Etnografia e História do Douro Litoral”. Since that time it is placed at the Plácio de São João Novo, dated from the XVIII century. This monument has been suffering a huge degradation, being, in 1989, under the guardianship of the IPPC and, in 1991, of the IPM. Closed to the public since 1992, the IPM has being transferring its collections to various museums. Works in the façade and the coverings of the palace have being made and, after the inventory systematization, the intension is to solve the problem definitively.

El Fojo do Lobo es una trampa para lobos. Surgió de la necesidad de evitar que estos animales destruyeran los rebaños y pusieran en peligro la seguridad de la población. Su forma en Y conducía a los lobos hacia un pozo disimulado con vegetación. Hoy en día, y debido a la preservación de esta especie en peligro de extinción, este procedimiento ya no está permitido.
