During the excavation which took place along several years by the ruins of the Salir castle, the technicians have found a variety of objects dating back to the moorish period, with much historical interest. It was then decided to build a museum where those objects are exhibited. A project by the architect Mário Varela Gomes.

This beautiful site, made up of flowery cliffs, is the result of the movement of lava. Dolphins and turtles are sometimes visible here.

House dating from the 18th century, but rebuilt in the 19th century. Here was born the praiense writer Vitorino Nemésio.

A house of the 1700s belonging to a rich burgeois's family, that was acquired in 1864 in order to install the Town Hall of Bragança here.

Craftsmen work here daily, demonstrating their skills in person, with particular emphasis on the manufacture of tambourines, pottery, carpentry and weaving.
