A Quinta de Santa Maria situa-se em Sintra e tem um vista privilegiada para o Palácio da Pena. Existe desde os anos 20 do séc. XX e os quartos foram todos recuperados e mobilados em diferentes estilos. Esta quinta histórica de Sintra dá a oportunidade de provar os produtos ecológicos que por ali encontra.
