Known as "the strangest in the world", Casa do Penedo is located in the Serras de Fafe. It was built in 1974 to be used as a holiday home, being perfectly integrated into the landscape. Built almost entirely in rock, it arouses the curiosity of many visitors, who can now opt for some experiences on site, such as lunches or guided tours.

Situated in the foothills of the Serra da Estrela mountain range, lies this rustic 19TH-century Manor House, with a large and pleasant garden. The old wine cellar of the House has been transformed into a bar for guests and the ancient wine mill works now as living room, with dining table, pool table and fireplace.

The Virtudes Fountain is at the end of the Calçada das Virtudes. It also has another name, Rio Frio Fountain. This fountain was abandoned for several years but t is now repaired and you may admire the three elements that symbolize the city arms and the image of Nossa Senhora Das Virtudes disappearing between two castles.

Of the primitive construction remains the courtyard access portal, saving the stone weapons 1500s. The House and outbuildings, keep the cloth of the facade, the torrelas, the old Dovecote, the chapel in ruins and the barn. Building also known as Vila Cosme.

Chapel built in the XVI century, ordered by D. Pedro de Sousa. In 1970 it suffered remodelling works. Worthy of notice are the elements of the regional mannerism: the planimetry, the vaults and respective keystones and brackets, the fronton gridiron and the portal.

This baroque chapel, the ornamentation of the main façade and Windows that flank the portal that have frame in "ferronerie", topped by cornices contracurvadas. It also highlights an altarpiece in a niche with integrated double archivolt, one with traces of polychromy of marmoreados posers.

Chapel of mannerist architecture. The lateral facades have to illuminate the zone the main altar. Features inside confessionals built, holy water sink to flank the main portal and main altarpiece of gilt and polychrome, five axes.

Mannerist Chapel of longitudinal plan simple with a single volume and a homogeneous coverage in gable roof. Features a main facade in Gable, torn by a straight Dick portal. It is believed that it was built in the 16th century, and remodelled in the 17th century.

Chapel of longitudinal, rectangular plant with homogeneous coverage to two waters. The facade features a straight Dick portal surmounted by a telescope, especially if two Windows on the sides. In the interior, highlighted by a national style altarpiece, in gilt and polychrome.

Transition Romanesque church, with a Latin cross plan, consisting of three tiered naves, with side chapels. The portal, with multiple archivolts, features sculptures of the apostles. Flanking the ensemble are two voluminous towers crowned by chamfered battlements.
