Em Alcobaça utiliza-se os barros brancos da região. As peças apresentam, por vezes, reproduções das antigas faianças portuguesas. Cores utilizadas: azul, verde, amarelo e roxo. A louça mais tradicional tem fundo branco e decoração a azul. Em Vestiande e em Alcobaça ainda se executam peças de cerâmica e azulejo mantendo o fabrico tradicional.

The Pedagogical Farm of Silves, located on the site of the Falacho de Cima, 8 miles from Sines, is a space designed to teach children, but also to adults, the way of life of the agricultural Farms of the early 20th century. Here are promoted several activities and ludic tasks: making bread and sweets or observation of animals. Operating since 1937, it houses a vast collection of objects related to cod fishing and the agro-maritime activities of the Ria de Aveiro, highlighting the lagoon's various fishing techniques. It also boasts a vast art collection and the largest collection of shells in the country, as well as a collection of seaweed. Part of the Portuguese Museum Network, it includes a Cod Aquarium with a capacity of 120 cubic meters of water, and the Center for Marine Research and Entrepreneurship (CIEMar Ílhavo).

With a privileged location, in the so-called Blue Lake, in Castelo de Bode Reservoir, Lake apartments offer a unique opportunity to enjoy the tranquility. This church, built in medieval times, underwent successive renovations. The facade is in gable clipped, with cone-shaped window and shot false pediment with a niche. In the lateral façades are traces of openings, Windows, doors or graves. Inside, the main altarpiece is a copy of transition, with neoclassical decorative elements but with baroque structure. The internal coverings show neoclassical decorative painting. There are also images of s. Pedro de Verone and some paintings in the side altars.

This temple was constructed on the 16th century; it possesses three naves divided by round arches and fifteen hundreds columns with Ionic capitals. The wooden roof has in the central roof mate, an important and rare oeuvre. The main chapel has an altarpiece dated from the 17th century and the walls are covered in white, rose and black marble. It stands out the four panels in board with paintings from Diogo de Torres, the carving and the imagery.

Building designed by engineer Adriano da Silva Monteiro (1846-1925), with neoclassical traits, of remarkable Italian theatrical architecture, having been opened in 1892. In the living room of spectacle stands out the ceiling, by António Ramalho, with an allegory alluding to the themes of tragedy and comedy, where, among other things, is part of the name of Garcia de Resende. Manueline building where stands out the gate assigned to Marcos Pires, the triumphal arch and the vault of the chancel of Diogo de Castilho. The altarpiece of the main Chapel, triptych, presents in the center pane Nossa Senhora da Graça on the side panels and the conversion of St Paul and the fall of Simon Magus, representing the primitive Portuguese painting. Note also the altars with 16th century paintings and tiles from the 17th and 18th centuries.
