Route which starts descending towards the sea by a route that crosses the culture landscape of vineyards, a Unesco World Heritage site, until the Lajido. Here it is worth visiting the Museum and also observe the various geological formations existing in the site. The path continues then uphill, passing through the Furnace of Friars ending in the Church of Santa Luzia.

One of the loveliest parts of the Portuguese seashore. The pedestrian trail includes two steep descents and a few climbs. But the effort pays when, at the end of the traject, one descends the stairway of Praia Grande, with its magnificent views, and finds the dinosaur footsteps.

It is one of the oldest gardens of the city, idealized by the Marquês de Pombal, in 1771. This garden invokes the trees whose plantation was ordered by the Marquês that have been replaced recently. The name of the garden pays homage to the playwright, poet and writer Marcelino Mesquita.

The Chafariz da Colher is a fountain with a base and an ajutage made of granite. It is sided by a wall shaped as a tank. Considered to be the oldest fountain in the city, is name is owed to a tribute people had to pay for each bag that entered the Porto city: a spoon of cereals.

Antique tiles depicting the Douro grape harvest and the people. They also pay homage to the Marquis of Pombal, responsible for demarcating the Douro Demarcated Region in 1756, currently the oldest in the world. Peso da Régua is considered the capital of the Douro Demarcated Region.

A dolmen composed of four regular rectangular granite pillars topped by a large triangular cap. Remains of the original mound are visible. Note that this monument is located on private property, so it is advisable to request a visit in advance.

This is the first of seven still existing strongholds that were part of the so-called Nova Cerca (or Segunda Cerca) of town's walls. It is a poligonal stronghold with three canon places and a ramp, dating back to the 16th century.

The Laguna Golf Course is a par 72. Par 3 of the Lake course is one of its best holes and so is par 9 of the first route, where water is always present, from the tee to the green.

This rustic House has been recovered, maintaining its rural characteristics so special, as the rural kitchen with oven to bake bread. Offers fantastic panoramic views of the mountains around, with the castle of Bragança in the background.

Old deposit where the ice was kept from winter to summer, avoiding the fusion of ice grains and so securing the supplies for hospitals and hotels. It belongs to the Ecologic Park of Funchal and has 1650 metres high.
