The area of downtown Lisbon, more specifically Rua do Comércio, won a new hotel in recent months. This is the first from this hotel chain and the image couldn't be better. Very modern, with beautiful details and decorative pieces that evoke bygone days, from gold to strong colors, black and white tones. The space, in its entirety, it transmits that well-being extends to 66 fully equipped double rooms and where not even lack a letter of pillows for a custom rest. In a building, recovered, five-storey, there is still room for a small restaurant.

In the Azores archipelago, more properly in a paradisiacal zone of Terceira Island, the Quinta do Rossio is located within the limits of the parishes of Altars and biscuits. The main house of the Farm was rebuilt maintaining its secular moth, being composed of four double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen, and the whole House is equipped with central heating and a fireplace in the living room. The original furniture, most of the Dashwood family, was recovered in order to offer guests a rustic atmosphere and quiet in contrast to the hectic everyday life.

Quinta dos Perfumes, near Tavira, is inserted in an agricultural property and offers six rooms, five suites and one double room, very bright, due to its privileged exposure to the Sun. With terrace and furnished with a minimalist style, the rooms combine old and modern elements, seeking to create an atmosphere of comfort and convenience. Also known as the Albertas Garden or Rocha do Conde de Óbidos Garden, it is framed in a set of ancient buildings, such as the Hospitalários Convent of São João de Deus, presently occupied by the GNR, the Conde de Óbidos-Sabugal Palace, presently the headquarters of the Red Cross and the Ancient Art Museum. The garden has a belvedere offering a panoramic view of the river. From this point, the going down to the 24 de Julho Avenue is done through an imposing double staircase, all covered with climbing plants, built in 1880-1882.

It was once the Feira do Livro (bookseller's fair) and the Festas Sanjoaninas (Saint John’ popular festivities) this garden surrounded by trees is the ex libris of the Boavista area. At the centre rises the “Monumento de Homenagem aos heróis da Guerra Peninsular” (monument in honour of the peninsular war heroes), planned by the sculptor Alves de Sousa and the architect Marques da Silva. It is a huge granite column, 45 meters height, with a peninsular lion slaughtering a Napoleonic eagle on the top. This place is usually called Rotunda da Boavista.

Also known as Solar dos Castros, this house was built in 1777 using reused earlier structures, such as kitchen vaults and grain bins. It features a vast façade divided by pilasters into five sections highlighted by decorative motifs. The central section features a granite gate topped with a coat of arms. The garden, with an eighteenth-century design, consists of geometric flowerbeds bordered by boxwood hedges, a pond, and a small fountain. The vegetation is topiary-like, with a curious maze of tall hedges and houses carved from shrubbery standing out.
