Religious architecture, vernacular. Chapel of longitudinal plant simple, single space, with homogeneous coverage in fake wooden barrel vault. Main facade with the torn spans in axis composed of portal, flanked by Windows, and by small telescope. Facades topped off in cornice, the left lateral torn by door transom. Interior with reredos neoclassical chancel. Round Arch of moth 1500s.

It is believed that the primitive building was built in the 14th century, working at the time as a watchtower. It was later remodeled in 1573, suffering more reconstructions in the following centuries. It consists of a longitudinal plan composed, with a single nave and a square chancel, with coverage in fake wooden barrel vault on the ship and in "alfarge" style in the chancel. Despite medieval origin, the Church denotes a large Renaissance influence.

Parish Church of longitudinal plant consisting of three aisles and a chancel. Due to various reforms over the years, presents features of Mannerist and Baroque architecture, Manueline. In the chancel, the Baroque altarpiece and some ceiling coffers, representing scenes from the Passion of Christ.

This is a fifteen hundreds church with baroque architecture with one only nave and rectangular main chapel and attached sacristy. On the inside it presents carved baroque coffers, painted with figurative scenes, high – choir, pulpit on the Gospel side and altarpieces in baroque golden carving.

The church remains from the monastic complex, which retains interesting architectural features. On the front, the portal with four archivolts is the primitive one and in the upper area, redone in the 17th century, São Bernardo, the founder of Cistercian, the Lady of the Assunção and São Bento, surmounted by the coat of arms of the Order, keep us company in this place isolated but superb. The head of the temple is divided into quadrangular chapels, revealing the typically Cistercian architecture. Located on the left bank of the Távora river, Faia i close to the Vilar Dam. Its architectural heritage includes the Mother Church and stone tombs on the street. Its craftswork includes tin objects.

One of the few vestiges of the old medieval walls, with a quadrangular plan and prismatic battlements. It was adapted to a prison in the 16th century (D. Manuel I). It currently houses the Tourist Office and hosts temporary exhibitions.

A space founded in 1950, where various cultural events took place. Nowadays, in spite of its name, it is not a cinema but a show room.

Bullring opened in August 1985, with capacity for 6000 seats. It is used for bullfighting shows, but also for musical concerts and other cultural events.

Together with the Municipal Library this is the place where major shows and events in town take place. Theatre plays, cinema, conferences, etc.
