The Serra de Montejunto was classified as a Protected Landscape Area in 1999 and a Natura Network Site in 2000. It is fifteen kilometers long and seven kilometers wide, along which you can enjoy landscapes of great natural beauty, as well as diverse species of fauna and flora.

Cave that served as the community's residence and burial site, with traces of occupation since the Middle Paleolithic. It features cave paintings and engravings from the Upper Paleolithic and late Neolithic. It has a gallery/room type configuration, consisting of 30 galleries with rooms, corridors, ramps and chambers.

This site separates the parishes of Vilar (Moimenta da Beira) and Fonte Arcada (Sernancelhe), and allows fishing, particularly trout. The dam was created to normalize the flows of the Douro, and was recently used to capture water for public supply. It's also a great place to take a swim or have a picnic.

Tasquinha typical and ancient where it serves fresh fish of the day, mostly grilled or fried. The unusual name Jump-2nd-wall comes from the time when that same site-which also has groceries and tavern-if jump the wall to reach the Fishing Dock.

The site consists of a large granite outcrop whose upper part is covered with rock carvings, specifically simple and complex geometric figures such as concentric circles, lines, "reticulations," and pecking. A semi-excavated, oval-shaped pit is also noteworthy at the eastern end of the carved block.

With a view to improving conditions for safeguarding, valorization and animation, with a view to transmission to the future of archaeological heritage in order to maintain its existence and ensure their enjoyment with respect for their identity the former home field was transformed into forest interpretive center.

The Casa do Vale das Hortas was once one of the largest weaving centres in the municipality of Alcoutim, being today a pleasant cottage. Offers six rooms, all including bathroom and three common rooms, with fireplace and a cosy bar. The House is still equipped with traditional algarvian cuisine and a salt-water pool. There is still room for cycling, hiking, making small or even visit the garden of the House.

This castle is located at the top of Cabeço da Penenciada, approximately 681 meters above sea level, between the Angueira and Maçãs rivers. This small fortress, which once served to defend the Sabor River, today serves as a privileged viewpoint over Trás-os-Montes. Some points can be identified: Miranda do Douto (Northeast), Vimioso and Outeiro (North) and Penas Roias and Mogadouro (Southwest).

The Almedina Arch was part of the medieval walls, dating back to the 11th century, as indicated by the Arabic-origin toponym meaning "the city". Today it is the entrance to old Coimbra, where one can see a sculpture from the workshop of João de Ruão. The wall has Roman origins, having been expanded several times. It presents characteristics of Roman, Muslim, Romanesque, Gothic and Manueline architecture.

Residential home designed by Alberto Vilhena de Carvalho and José Vilhena de Carvalho. Consisting of two floors based on a rectangular plant, the facade is disastrous and it highlights the structural elements, whose traces are simple and sober. Today only preserved a part of the Palace before, why are no longer some characteristic elements of this architecture, beyond which are still visible the damage caused by projectiles, in 1810.
