The museum portrays the visit, in 1863, of the writer Júlio Dinis through Ovar. It was in Ovar that Júlio Dinis wrote a substantial part of the book "As Pupilas do Senhor Reitor" and drafted what became the novel "A Morgadinha dos Canaviais". It is the reconstruction of the interior of a traditional farmhouse.

The Igreja Matriz de São Miguel, of small dimensions, lies about half a hillside and still retains traces of the Romanesque building. Has two bells. It is very visited during the celebration of Feasts of St. Michael, which takes place on 29 September.

Classified as a Natural Monument in May 1997, this is a field with several tracks of footprints belonging to different species of dinosaurs, mostly quadrupeds, dated from the late Jurassic (between 140-130 million years BC). Access is conditioned, being the visits by technical support.

A very long beach, surrounded by pine forests and dunes. Hidden in the cliffs are the caves of the Orca Oven Cave, an ecological and preserved area. When visiting the beach, the presence of the Agueira Dune is surprising, as it is one of the highest dunes in all of Europe. It has a water park.

17th century manor house with an inviting open courtyard and a chapel, belonging to a set of noble houses that exist in the region, rich in artistic and cultural heritage. It is located in the historic village of new Castle, protected by the hills of Gardunha. Abroad, there is a nice garden with swimming pool and tennis court.

Integrated into the route of the villages of Portugal, this is a rural house inserted in a property consisting of a huge area of cultivation and the main building flanked by two flashy granaries. Highlight for the source and for the tank in carved stone, patent at the entrance of the House. The interior is rustic, with a kitchen with wood-burning oven and a traditional fireplace.

As is well known, Rio Maior is known mostly for being a place of salinas de rock salt, this being his main activity in the region. In this sense, this bronze statue to commemorate not only the activity, as well as workers of Rio Maior they make, even today, of the extraction of salt to their source of income.

Source located opposite the Parque da Piedade and the Church of the Lord Jesus da Piedade. The sober style, typical of the time of construction, and the 3 blue and white tile panels representing different scenes: "Prudence", "abundance" and "Storm", respectively. The sink is rectangular and has two water spouts.

Small font that makes the place even more cosy. In addition to the small water tanks can be seen a tile Panel and an inscription which dates from 1997, date of construction of the fountain, by the Parish Council of the village of pie hole. The stairs give access to source a small garden.
