Mannerist building built in 1748 by Dom João V to the fidalgo Aboim. Since 1956 that here does the post office in the village. Is classified as a national monument.

Processing factory of wool and cotton, opened in 1772 by order of the Marquis of Pombal. The building was recovered in the 21st century, already being installed here the Town Hall.

Natural set of boulders, with steep areas where they discover tiny caves. Here there was a fortified settlement with occupations of the Chalcolithic and traces from the Bronze and Iron ages.

It is a 25 meter high waterfall, which is located on a cliff called Cabeça Murada. There is also a viewpoint here, with the landscape featuring rugged reliefs of quartzite origin.

A very rocky beach surrounded by cliffs of rare beauty, it's mainly visited by sport fishermen. There's a small tavern here serving traditional dishes at affordable prices.

Restaurant devoted mostly to fish. Here, close to the Avenida da Liberdade, the décor is based in artefacts from Portugal and England. It has an excellent wine list.

As the name of this place of great historical interest suggests, here you can see monuments of medieval architecture classified as National Monuments - the pillory, the tower and the fountain.

The few dozens South of Chapel of SR. dos Aflitos, in a sheltered, between the ribeira chã de Lamas of Miro and Corga of Hanged remain visible traces of old buildings. Are still evident several houses of rectangular plant and foursquare, in ruins, some of them with more than half a meter tall. Part of the structures were based on granitic outcropping. Access was made by a road coming from North empedrado. The plague is one of the reasons for the abandonment of this site, it is said that part of the inhabitants died and the remaining founded the village …

A village located in a lush valley with narrow streets, tradtional farm houses with culm rooftops and rural houses, namely the Gaspar House, the Cabo House, the Seixo House and the Carvalinha House. A special note to the Chapel of Our Lady of Remédios (Remedies), to the "alminhas", on a wall that protects the water spring, the "canastros" that stand on stone pillars and several sun clocks. The "crossas" stand out in the local craftswork.
