Located by the sea, this venture has 61 four-star tourist apartments spread over five floors, fully renovated in 2010. All apartments have balcony facing the Sun, the project offers various Club Prainha leisure options, such as two saltwater outdoor swimming pools (one for adults and one for children), Prainha Thlago Centre with free access to the indoor pool and jacuzzi, restaurant, tennis court and basketball court and free parking.

The Cantinho da Figueira is a Centennial building, sheltered medieval walls housing the village of Castelo de Vide, in Alentejo. The interior of the dwelling is paved with wood, combined with the texture of traditional whitewashed walls, offering a variety of unique light effects.
