A place of particular beauty and unusual entertainment in the hottest months of the year. The Marina de Lagos is divided into three areas: the marina, the residential area and the commercial area. Walk along the sidewalk, in Portuguese pavement, that borders the marina and let yourself be enveloped by the pleasant atmosphere of the place. Enjoy the green spaces and the sports and leisure facilities that exist here. At the end of the day, regain strength in one of the restaurants located in the area.

Opened in November, 18th, 1997, the Forum Lisboa is a cultural space placed in the recovered cinema Roma working also as the permanent headquarters of the Lisbon Municipal Assembly. The cinema Roma, opened in 1957 and inactive since August, 1988, is now remodelled, it has a large playhouse equipped with the most modern screening technologies, sound and image. The Forum Lisboa has an auditorium where several cultural events take place.

The Monument to the Stolen Lord, dating from 1744, consists of an enclosure in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid, featuring a pulpit that gives it the dimension of a place of divine worship, and a wall entirely covered with monochromatic tiles, serving as a kind of altar. Its construction was due to a robbery carried out in the church of Odivelas in 1671 by a young man who was later condemned in this place, which then became a space where the faithful asked forgiveness for their sins.

This Fortress construction is placed on the 18th century, even though some historians refer the existence of buildings previous to the Moorish conquest on the 10th century. It is said that Moreira do Rei owes it name to D. Sancho II who was here installed before leaving to the exile in Toledo. Placed at 800 metres high and surrounded by cliffs and rocks, only a few traces from this castle still exist today.

São Jorge Island is also known as the "Island of Fajãs" due to the massive presence of these fertile spots, dotted with the occasional white house dotting the landscape. Fajã das Almas, also known as Fajã do Calhau, is another of these rare beauties, well worth a careful visit. Don't miss the Chapels of Nossa Senhora das Almas and Santo Cristo, the harbor, and the swimming area.

To learn a little of Amarante, start your walk along the bridge, in the city centre. This bridge, classified as a national monument, worth a visit to admire its Baroque details and to enjoy the beautiful view over the Tâmega River. Continue your spent by the banks of the River, passing by several gardens that the city offers. Finally, pass the historical centre streets, admiring its old houses.

The Municipal House of Culture, located in the old Casa do Santo Novo building, is a space that houses several museums and various initiatives linked to art and culture. Here it is possible to visit the Fafe Press Museum, which aims to preserve and conserve the memories of local media. The Museum of Migrations and Communities is also present here, with the aim of raising awareness of the phenomenon of emigration in Portugal.

This space allows you to enjoy the natural landscape and biophysical features of Ponta do Sal. The Centre was designed to promote values such as biophysical diversity and scenic wealth that generates the meeting from Earth with the sea, associated with the didactic and training component. Here you can see the features of this stretch of Coastline, strolling in the pedestrian route, visit the arriba and discover the flora and fauna species there exist.

It was the first public garden in the city, open in 1834. Its name comes from a former medieval leprosery demolished in the XVIII century. This is a romantic space crowded with fountains and statues, leafy trees and flower beds and also a small bandstand. The garden is the only one in the city that has a railing. It is visited habitually by students, since the Fine Arts Faculty and the Municipal Library are nearby.

The Ribeira is most likely the most tourist city of Porto. And there are many reasons that give it that status: the proximity of the River, the views of the bridges and boats Rabelo and the possibility to visit the port wine cellars, on the other side of the Bank, in Vila Nova de Gaia. For all this and for his patrimonial relevance, in December 1996, the historic centre of Porto has been classified by UNESCO as Cultural heritage of humanity.
