The Falésia viewpoint, in the parish of Caniço de Baixo, is a place where you can see all the beauty of the sea and the surrounding region, the Galo bathing set and, in the background, the Desertas Islands.

On this hill is the Senhora do Monte belvedere. Placed in the highest area of Lisbon, the view is privileged with the entire city on you feet. No mater the time of the day or night, the view is worth wide.

A spacious place with plenty of seating, where you can marvel at the Serra da Lousã, the surrounding villages, the village of Castanheira de Pêra, and all its landscape has to offer.

A large picnic park, with earth trails along the medium sized trees and a large number of stone tables and benches. It is a rather calm place. One can do jogging here.

An initiative of the municipality of Coimbra, in collaboration with various local entities. Takes place at Praça do Comércio to the 4th Saturday of each month between the 09:00 and the 19:00 h.

The Chafariz do Laranjal has a central column with ajutages spilling water into a tank. Before being placed at the Largo da Trindade, this fountain used to be at the Nova Sintra Gardens, in Campanhã.

In this granite church, a special note to a hovel in Portuguese tiles below which there is the door and two windows with wooden doors, a bell tower and two crosses placed in the centre of the roof's extremities.

Relatively new equestrian centre. Contains 16 boxes, a training area, a show jumping area and a bar – just a few of the many facilities that make it such an appealing place for horse riding.

The 1535 metres altitude of Serra do Larouco, the third highest elevation in Mainland Portugal, are conducive to the practice of paragliding. This is one of the places most frequented by lovers of the sport. The views are breathtaking.

Place where you can learn about the several stages and technologies used in wine production, such as agricultural instruments, images and texts, in addition to ceramic material, as this is also a production center.
