17th century house with U-shaped plant and with terrace in the middle. Stands out the ladder, all lined with tiles of different sections that end at the top by two balconies alpendradas. To close the terrace there is a wall with a gate surmounted by a pediment and crowned by a stone statue. Here lived and died Teixeira de Pascoaes.

The Doutor Domingos Barbosa House was planed by Nicolau Nasoni. It has two huge fronts, which open to a yard separated from the street by a wall decorated with blazonry, a pair of lions and two iris flowers. Inside, the unusual conception of the central stairs dominates the space. Here is the Guerra Junqueiro Museum.

A church belonging to a Baroque convent, remodeled and converted into a Municipal Library, while maintaining parts of its original structure. The convent was built by the Discalced Friars of the Order of the Holy Trinity, with permission from Dom João V. The church was subsequently constructed between 1718 and 1728, and the library was installed here in 1999.
