Located near the fishing port, Ribeira Marina has capacity for 140 boats, including 20 for passing vessels. Next door is the boarding pier for the Berlengas Islands, located about 10 miles offshore. There's parking and a nearby restaurant where you can sample local cuisine.

A bay north of the narrow path that leads to the small peninsula, Baleal is a treasure for diving and extreme sports enthusiasts. It has a small island populated by fishermen and is very touristy. There is no shortage of high-quality restaurants serving traditional dishes. Nightlife is a must.

Near Peniche, a volcanic rift emerges, known as Ilhéu da Papoa. This rock formation is a popular fishing spot and also offers beautiful ocean views. It's also a popular spot for seabird watching.

This building originated from an old mosque, whose minaret has been converted into a bell tower. Columns with inverted truncated pyramidal capitals, of Byzantine influence, are rare in Portugal. This church houses a valuable sacred treasure, comprising vestments from the 16th to 18th centuries and silver religious objects.

Located inside the Castle, where exhibitions of the archaeological heritage of the municipality of Alcoutim are on display, with a historical journey that began more than 5,000 years ago, covering the Neolithic, Chalcolithic, Roman, Visigothic and Islamic periods, relevant in the archaeological research carried out in recent decades in Alcoutim.

This museum showcases the history of sacred art from the municipality's various churches. The collection consists mostly of photographs and panels.

This river beach is one of the excellent recreational and leisure spots in Alcoutim. Located on the Cadavais riverbank, near the mouth of the Guadiana River, it boasts golden sand and is equipped with a wide range of facilities and services, including a parking lot, a bar, a picnic area with wooden tables, showers, a beach volleyball court, and restrooms.
