The Golegã Municipal Camping Park, located next to the historic center of Golegã, and close to Lagoa da Alverca, is a market for the marshland landscape and the moorland in the distance. It is the perfect place to rest and explore the region, discovering the culture and traditions of the local people. Nearby the park there is also a lot of nautical initiatives and activities, among other attractions.

The campsite of the Burn, as its name implies, is located along the barrier, being ideal for lovers of water sports. Here you will have at your disposal all the conditions to be able to enjoy a calm and tranquil stay. Please also visit the serras de Fafe and rural villages, fighting with the people welcoming knowledge of this region.

Restaurant installed in the Palace of the Lady of Murça, a building that survived the earthquake of 1755 and that, in 2009, was recovered and turned into a restaurant with folklore spectacles and Fado. Features a cast of 14 artists, reconstituting much cared for Portuguese traditions. Proposes good regional dishes, combined with a very nice atmosphere and the old fence of Lisbon as part of space.

Talmeyda Arabic restaurant, in Almeida, assumed as a showcase of the best that the Edge produces. The atmosphere is very cozy and familiar, aided by careful decoration. In the list of offerings, the sausages grilled roasts deserve the attention of all senses, the pair of ham and cheese, local production. The wines of the region married flawlessly and jams guarantee a happy ending.

Espaço tradicional e rústico, o restaurante A Parreira situa-se em Lamas, Sátão. É aqui que serve a gastronomia regional com destaque para pratos como a vitela na púcara, o borrego, o cozido à portuguesa, o bacalhau à casa e a chanfana.

Balbina is the name of the restaurant and the owner, who is also the chef. With simple decor and attentive service, renowned in the region for home cooking typically transmontana, who comes here no longer dispenses the filled, to start the meal, or cod, stewed rabbit, put to the mirandesa or roast lamb. It is, therefore, home cooking, made with higher IQs.

A space with a fine Portuguese and regional cuisine where the cabidela (a chicken rice with its blood), the lamb, the veal in the oven and the posta (a large tender steak) with beans stand out. Ideal for a nice family meal. The room has a rustic aspect with stone walls and wooden floor, tables and seats. It has a covered terrace.

It was built in the 1960s and covers approximately 38,000 square meters. Surrounded by a wall on all sides, it is bordered by houses, the river, the school, and the park's facilities. Currently, it belongs to the Regional Directorate of Agriculture of Trás-os-Montes. It is an excellent place to visit with family and friends. There are spaces for running, playing, picnicking, fishing, and even swimming in the river.

The trail takes two to three hours to complete at a leisurely pace, and this already includes 10 minutes to read and take in the descriptive panels. The panels allow the visitors to further their understanding of the region and are entitled: Campos Agrícolas, Pinhal, Foz and Sapal de Alcantrilha. The sand and earth trail is easy providing the visitor keeps to the worn path.
