The à la carte dishes are a good option for the less curious and, despite the magnificent preparation, they show only a very small part of the mastery of the kitchen. Temple that demonstrates various mannerist, baroque and rococo details. As an example, the portal-reredos on the front stands out, which dates back to the early Baroque era. In this cemetery, stands out the gate in arch at the entrance, flanked by double pilasters, surmounted by a pediment with central urn species. This portal is from the convent of Santa Clara de Trancoso, demolished in the 19th century.
