The church is dated from 1624, and is a characteristic monument of the baroque style. It lodges the tomb of João das Regras, classified as national monument. The classification of Public Interest Building includes other elements such as the transept retables and the cinquentist ark with the mortal remains of Vasco Martins de Alvergaria.

The Monastery of Nossa Senhora da Assunção de Tabosa was the last Cistercian monastery to be founded in Portugal. Integrated into the Douro nucleus of monasteries and convents of the Cistercian Order, in the extreme south of the Varosa valley, and located in the so-called "Lands of Devil", they maintain the spirit of silence and recollection of their foundation.

The Porta da Devesa dates back to the 13th and 14th centuries and forms an archway over Rua 5 de Outubro. Its name comes from the fact that it separated the town proper from the fertile countryside that followed it at the time, or even because it was the terminus of that same town.

This fountain exists by the people’s will. It was built in 1772, after a petition made to the City council by the Largo do Postigo das Virtudes inhabitants. It is shaped like a pyramid trunk laying on a cup. The water comes from the central ornament, an oval medallion and runs through the cup into a tank.

This reservoir, located north of the municipality, divides the municipalities of Tábua and Santa Comba Dão. At the entrance to Tábua, near the granite boulders of Pedra da Sé, some water sports and fishing are practiced. It's a very pleasant and calm space, with plenty of shade provided by the vast grove of trees.

Small lagoon located near a stream in the Serra de Santa Bárbara. It is at a very high altitude, which justifies the frequent fog, the calm and the silence. There are often many ducks in these place that walk among the water lilies, which is why it is also known as Lagoa das Patas.
