The Hotel Rural Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo was the first wine hotel created in Portugal and is located in Sabrosa. As we approach the entrance to the village, we come across its Castle, classified as a National Monument. Pedro Álvares Cabral, the most famous inhabitant of Belmonte, was born here. The fort was built in the 13th century, at the behest of D. Afonso III, and in 1466 it became the residence of the Cabral family. One of its most emblematic points is the Manueline-style window from the 16th century, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the valleys and mountains that surround the village.

The result of a protocol signed between the City Council and the University of the Azores, this museum is organized with a central space, the Municipal Museum, and three museum centers integrated into the community: the Olaria museum center, the Forno de Loiça and the Fábrica da Luz museum center. Here you can see pottery objects, ceramics, learn about traditional arts and crafts and appreciate a collection of traditional vessels from the Azores. It also works as a research center in the areas of Archaeology, Ethnography and History.

Museum located in the historic area of Melgaço, in the former police building. Here you can admire thousands of posters and photographs, silent film time machines, more modern equipment and many films. A vast collection donated to the municipality of Melgaço by Jean-Loup Passek, passionate about the village. Passek directed the cinematographic department at the Center Georges Pompidou in Paris and was director of the La Rochelle Film Festival. The museum contains a permanent exhibition area, with a small auditorium, and an area dedicated to temporary exhibitions.

The campsite the Clog is an area characterized by its picturesque and familiar environment, far from the stress and confusion of the cities. Here you will have the possibility to relax and observe nature in its pure State, in the shade of fig trees, pine trees, Chatti and other trees. You can select the accommodation in tents or if you prefer something more comfortable has available two bungalows for rent. All this in a family atmosphere, cosy and lively which is reflected also in the moment of meals at the Bar or restaurant.

Inserted in the heart of the Sado Estuary Natural Reserve, this space constitutes an extraordinary viewpoint over the Sado Estuary and surrounding areas. It is possible to observe cork oak forests, salt marshes and rice fields where an important community of fauna can be observed, both resident and migratory, and it is also possible to observe fishing activities. Here you can visit an archaeological site from the Roman period that is around 2000 years old, where the area of the probable pottery is defined.

Beach very busy with a lot of young people and tourists. Nearby is the Santa Catarina fort dating from the 16th century and completed in the 17th century. Its lighthouse remained in operation as an aid to navigation and the entry of vessels to shore. Inside there is a small chapel dedicated to Santa Catarina. Media sports events are held here, namely those related to beach football. Daytime and nighttime entertainment, gymnastics, tennis and extreme entertainment can also be found.
