The restaurant Tea with salt water, on the beach of Manta Rota, is an architectural and gastronomic worship space, renovated and it reopened with a larger area of the Esplanade. A reference of the contemporary Portuguese bathing architecture with unique environments of different characteristics: the dining space that extends outwards towards the sea, covered by wooden battens, and the Esplanade around the same battens.
