A place of great beauty from where you can see the famous Almourol Castle, classified as a National Monument, as well as the Tagus River that surrounds this true treasure.

Mannerist church opened in 1629, belonging to the Brotherhood of Nossa Senhora da Misericórdia. It consists of a nave, a chancel and two bell towers. Inside, highlights are some images by French sculptor Claude Laprade.

Building dating from the 19th century and consisting of two floors with a simple rectangular plan. On the facade, emphasis is placed on the open balcony running at the level of the main floor and, on the interior, emphasis is placed on the staircase and the trimming of the openings.

Center for supporting local arts and promoting temporary exhibitions, opened in 1996. Highlights include works in ceramics, wood, cork, basketry, weaving, wrought iron and leather.

Small and picturesque village, built on a slope on the Tagus riverbank, where the colorful flowerbeds stand out in contrast to the white of the houses. From here you can see the beautiful Almourol Castle, learn about the region's crafts and visit exhibitions at Casa das Artes.

Dam opened in 1976, belonging to the Port Wine region, downstream of Cachão da Valeira, about 6 km upstream of the Tua River.

The Tua River is a tributary on the right bank of the Douro River and results from the junction of the Rabaçal and Tuela rivers. The approximately 57 km length flow into the Douro River.

Late-Baroque religious monument, comprising a nave, chancel, sacristy, bell tower and 17th century chapel. The bell tower and the finishes on the main facade are made of granite and, in the center, is the clock. The interior preserves a remarkable collection that it consecrates: the painting on the chancel ceiling, with the patron saint being tortured, and the Morgado chapel, where there is a Mannerist altarpiece.

Late Renaissance temple from the transition period to the Baroque. It has a porch supported on Tuscan columns, all made of granite. The 18th century altarpiece of the Divine Savior, the traces of frescoes on the walls, the roof of the nave and chancel and the ceiling of the sacristy in painted coffers stand out.
