The campsite of Freixial, located near the Natural Reserve of Serra da Malcata, is characterized by a landscape of valleys and streams. Here you have the possibility to do camping surrounded of nature in its purest state, in the shadows of fresh ash trees, Alders and willows that abound in this space. You can also refresh yourself with a dip in the ribeira and prepare your meals outdoors, in grills provided by the Park.

The ruins of a 3rd century roman village made of two residential areas. The main area is by the port, as is the bathhouse, the necropolis, the dam and the place where the fish was salted. There are marble friezes and fragments of painted plaster which decorated the walls, as well as the remains of floors with polychrome mosaics. One can also find two rectangular tanks where the fish was salted. It is classified as a building of Public Interest.

This islet plan with about twenty hectares of extension was classified as Partial Natural Reserve in 1984. The whole island and the adjacent coast were classified as a Special Protection area due to the importance of its avifauna. Here can be found several species, with emphasis on the common tern cagarro, garajau – rosado and angelito. Access is prohibited but, for those who want to see, just go to the viewing point of the tip.

This mountain range connects Alto Alentejo to Beira Baixa, stretching 27 km and measuring almost 2,500 m wide. Its slopes sometimes exceed 50%. It runs through Proença-a-Nova, Vila Velha de Ródão, and Nisa and is traversed by the deep epigenetic valleys of the Tagus and Ocreza rivers. Four geomonuments of the Naturtejo Geopark of the Southern Plateau can be seen in this mountain range.

Very busy beach, in part, for the excellent fresh fish market which is just a few meters from the beach. The sand is a little bumpy, descends toward the sea, in some areas is Rocky and, in August, the Norther characteristic of these beaches can be troublesome. There are some restaurants hidden between the main street and the beach with proposals coming from the sea gives in this region, always fresh and outstanding quality.

Located near the village of Marmeleiro, this beach has several unique features that make it special. First, the reconstructed dam, from which water was collected for irrigation; second, the surrounding vegetation, which includes alders, poplars, and fig trees. It has a spacious sandbank, a special children's area, and an adult's area. A stroll around the site is recommended to see the many watermills that can be found here.

A crescent-shaped beach with two kilometers of fine sand. The landscape is beautiful, with views of the small island of Ínsua and its fort. One part of the beach is quite rocky, while the other is more touristy, where sargassum is harvested. Here, you'll find a variety of high-quality restaurants where you can enjoy the delicacies of Minho. The beachfront bars invite you to enjoy the summer evenings.

The ham sandwich of Tasca da Skank with the indispensable Espadal mug (always cold) are part of the history of the city of Porto. "The people asked, the Skank joined". So now you can savor them in lower, more precisely, on Taxca. But there are more snacks to highlight. Example of this are the "bifanas, baits, the stomach and the papas de sarrabulho. Taxca decoration is unpretentious and keeps the environment characteristic of tasca original.

The BArAlto restaurant situated in the Bairro Alto, presents itself as a "Tasca". Despite the space not being big has careful décor and a nice terrace for warmer nights. In the restaurant BarAlto the kitchen is designed by the Chef Antonio Cans that bet in dishes such as Loin of cod with tomato and coriander risotto or confit pork loaf with mashed potatoes and carrots in red wine reduction and yolks pudding with orange custard for dessert.

Maria restaurant in the historic center is Xica de Viseu. A female House, overlooking and extended hours, which promises snacks and fun. In the early and late letter can find since the cone of French fries and sausage strudel the other delights as the traditional woodpecker, the montadido of the day and the pork steak in pau. Prices range from € 1 to € 15 (for the Joint Board, designed for four people).
