Romanesque temple, built in the 12th century as part of a convent erected in 1067, constructed of granite ashlar. It features a portico with three archivolts supported by six small columns with sculpted capitals and projecting abaci. The rose window on the main facade is Gothic. The interior has a single nave, covered with wood, and a round, vaulted chancel with two bays, organized on two levels.

Only a few small parts remain of the 17th-century Paço dos Cunhas. This pioneering construction had a decisive influence on 18th-century Portuguese Baroque mansions. Casa do Soito, an elegant 18th-century mansion, was modeled after the Paço dos Cunhas, with a façade filled with curved, framed openings and a central arched cornice. The garden is a highlight, with statues, flowerbeds, balustrades, and benches covered in Baroque tiles.
