The House of the Xiné results from a partnership between CASAXINÉ, Association for the promotion and development of cultural Quintandona, the Association comoDEantes, theatre group, and the Association for the development of mills and aims to boost the culture and tourism in the region. With seating for 60 seats and standing places 250, Xiné 's House is a multi-purpose space with the necessary conditions for the accommodation of different types of events.

This museum, housed in a traditional haystack, presents a review of fishing activities in the central region, particularly in the Gândara area. It features exhibitions by renowned national painters and documentation on the Mira pillories, the watermill route, the Casa do Visconde (Viscount's House), the Mira Parish Church, the Praia de Mira chapel, the dunes, lagoons, pine forests, tree species, and local animals.
