A pedestrian trail that crosses the Mata Nacional do Urso (Bear's National Woods) and passes the Vala da Lagoa de São José and the fountain of Saint José. Along the way, there are some exotic plants and several mammals.

A circular trail that is about 11.5 km long, along the seashore sand dunes. There are panels about the fauna, the flora and the geology. The second part of the trail crosses the villages of Costa Nova do Prado and of the Praia da Barra.

Also known as Lagoa de Baixo, it has an elongated shape and connects with Lagoa da Barrinha via the so-called Vala da Cana. It is located in a wooded area with pine forests, stretching from the Quiaios dunes. There is a nearby beach and a forest with a picnic area.

A pedestrian trail on the right banks of the Guadiana river. It passes by the ruins of the Ponte da Ajuda (Ajuda Bridge), by the place of Três Moinhos (Three Mills), where one may be visited. Near the final, do visit the Juromenha fortress.
