Balbina is the name of the restaurant and the owner, who is also the chef. With simple decor and attentive service, renowned in the region for home cooking typically transmontana, who comes here no longer dispenses the filled, to start the meal, or cod, stewed rabbit, put to the mirandesa or roast lamb.
