As one follows the Lima river and heads to its spring to the east, which is the say the border with Spain, is impressed by the contrast in the landscape: from the green fields of Ponte de Lima to the rough "watercolour" of Lindoso. Nonetheless, the most impressive feature is the fabulous views one has from the Serra Amarela (Yellow Hill). From there, one views the biggest reservoir in the Iberian Peninsula (the Lindoso Reservoir) and a wide part of the Lima valley. The most daring may try and ascen to the antenae.

This chapel is linked to the popular cult and suffered many reconstructions, so the exact date of its establishment is unknown. It owns the remaining of a Manueline crucifix in a warping which is probably from the XV century. The remaining of XVII century woodcarving which forms a retable ensemble stands out.

This renaissance temple was constructed during the 14th and 16th centuries above a former chapel and it suffered damages with the 1755 earthquake. It has a simple façade dominated by an imposing bell ringer tower. The lateral door presents two curious sculpted human figures. On the main altar it stands out a monumental image with our Lady of Glory coming from Brasil and for a crucifix from the 16th century that tradition says it was in Alcácer – Quibir battle.
