The Center for Environmental Education and Interpretation promotes activities that provide participants with contact with the natural values of the Chifre Protected Landscape. The main building comprises a reception area, exhibition hall, workshop, auditorium with a capacity of 40 people, laboratory, documentation center, and technical office. Located 25 kilometers from the town center is this monument of probable Arab origin. Rebuilt after the 1531 earthquake, it features an interesting sculpture above the main gate, where three castles and an eagle are visible. After assuming great defensive importance, it lost its usefulness over the years, and only between 1941 and 1954 did it undergo renovations that gave it its current appearance, with two towers. It served as a prison during the Middle Ages.

A castle located in a border area that was the scene of many war campaigns. The construction of the wall, reinforced with semi-cylindrical towers, was the result of a deal between the people of Alegrete and King Dinis: the residents would build the wall, and the monarch would grant the charter. In addition to repopulating the village, Dinis built the keep and, in 1319, continued the work begun by his father, Dom Afonso III. The old town clock stood at the main gate of the old fence.

Belonging to the set attached to the Águas Livres Aqueduct, an aqueduct, in stone, created to get water to the Terreiro do Paço de Queluz for consumption of the Royal Mews. The work was created in the place of two sources: the source of Gargantada and do Pocinho and served several fountains and fountains in Queluz. Built by d. This is the chapel which is celebrated the mass of the feast in honour of the divine Holy Spirit.

Mannerist parish church. Presents longitudinal plant composed of ship alpendrada and chancel and vestry and belfry adossados to side front left and right, respectively. The altarpieces are carved polychrome, which extend through the triumphal arch, the national Baroque style. The building also features vestments in masonry, except the chancel and the main façade. The interior shows intense painting on wood decor and talha and the toppings in caissons are hagiographic theme and scenes from the life of Christ.

Its exact foundation is unknown. However, it is mentioned in royal documents from 1320. In the 17th century, its main elevation underwent major architectural changes. It features a granite portal, a lintel, a triangular pediment topped by a stone cross, a spire at the north end, and a robust, sharp-pointed bell tower opposite, made of masonry decorated with artistic sgraffito, two eyelets, and an equal number of cast bronze bells, the oldest dating from 1772.
