From Ancão (east of Faro) to Manta Rota Beach, the Ria Formosa presents itself as a unique configuration that gives the Algarve's leeward coast a special color. The 60 km that make up the Ria Formosa Natural Park are composed of semi-still waters, mudflats, mangroves, salt pans, channels, and five islets. Barreta, Culatra, Armona, Tavira, and Cabanas are the names of these constantly transforming sandy formations, which, separating the land from the sea, create an extremely rich natural barrier in terms of flora and fauna. Every day there are three courses: two typical dishes of the world adapted to the vegetarian cuisine and a kitchen specialty Miss Saigon. On Mondays there's always 1 Vietnamese dish. Every week the menu changes with different dishes. The Monday and Saturday the dishes are all vegan. Beyond gastronomy, the restaurant streamlines other activities such as workshops of vegetarian cuisine.

A pedestrian trail that crosses the Parque cinegético, where one may enjoy the natural beauties of the Várzea da Rainha. One may also view deer and other animals, as well as rest on some garden benches and drink water from water-drinkers.
