The São Miguel-O-Anjo Tower is a building from the XV century. This Tower is placed in a rocks’ set and is a unique exemplar in the country. The aim of its construction was that it would work as a light alert to the navigation. Its inside is octagonal, with three wall hollows. The chapel is covered by an arched roof.

Quinta Odelouca is a small rural campsite in the Algarve, the ten-minute drive from São Marcos da Serra (3.5 km), situated in the Ribeira de Odelouca River basin, with privileged views to some beaches and villages of the Algarve and the Alentejo. Located at an altitude of 488 meters, it has been a place of worship since ancient times. The Chapel of Our Lady of Penha was built out of popular devotion, after an apparition of Our Lady to a shepherdess. Also, noteworthy are the hermitage of Saint Saturnino and the romantic-revivalist mansion from 1918.

This manor house is composed by two volumes constructed in different times and it also has a chapel constructed in honour of São Domingos. One of the bodies shows an erudite construction with Renaissance lines. It should be pointed out the stonework and its decoration and also the chapel façade from the seventeen hundreds.

The São Macário Hill is located to the north of São Pedro do Sul and reaches its peak at Castro Magaio, at an altitude of 1053 metres. From the hilltop one has wonderful views, namely the Montemuro hill and the Estrela Mountain, as well as the small towns and villages lost in the hills.

This is one of the busiest river beaches in the region. Located near two typical schist villages, Oliveiras and Pedreira, this beach benefits from the clear waters of the Ribeira de Froia, numerous shady spots, and small waterfalls. It has a park and a children's beach. A visit to the restored windmills is a must.

A busy beach surrounded by granite jetties and massive dunes. On the northern stretch of sand are the huts where fishermen store their fishing gear from Xávega, a true attraction on Vagueira Beach. Near this beach, you'll also find a water park, several traditional restaurants, and charming terraces.

A goden beach, with a wide stretch of sand, located on the bottom of a cliff. This very calm beach near the bay of Nazaré is located on the foothill of the Mangues Mountain and has excellent water. There is a school that organizes paraglider and hang glider flights from the top of the mountain, the ideal spot for radical sports.

The gastronomy practiced in this House is based mainly in the products that come from the sea. In addition to the gambas al champiñones and clams, with entries include the stew, rice with monkfish, the mixed seafood, the Masada of fish and various dishes of swordfish. Option of the land is the pork alentejana. For dessert, try almond delight.
