With more than 40 years, Solar dos Presuntos is already a classic. Its traditional cuisine, with a strong influence from regional Minho cuisine, enchants and convinces. Lamprey rice and fried shad with bread, in their season, are the subject of pilgrimage, but equally good and always permanent are cod à Gomes de Sá or Narcisa, lobster rice, cabidela rice and roast goat à Monção. The Casa das Velhas is a granite and wood house that has a terrace with views of the Minho river, of Vila Nova de Cerveira and of Spain. In the old days it was called Casa das Mineirinhas, a building moree than 100 years old. It was recovered and turned into a restaurant and was then called Casa das Velhas (Old Ladie's House) because that was the home of two old ladies named Mineirinhas. This restaurant, which is also pastry and Cafe, located in marginal da Ria Formosa, is one of the best-known in Cabanas de Tavira, with a good number of regulars and, usually, a lot of people waiting, so you might want to reserve. Discovered in 1947, these are the largest caves in Portugal. They have a gallery/room/shaft configuration and their formation is due to erosion and tectonic changes. This route, which stretches over 5.6 kilometers, follows the winding lines of the cliffs located between Praia de Vale Centianes and Praia da Marinha. The route runs along a line of cliffs, interrupted by some lines of water, which flow above sea level, giving rise to "hanging valleys". Along the route, the visitor has the help of almost two dozen information panels, explaining the route and identifying the main points of interest.

This route passes through Constancy, Rio de Moinhos, Alferrarede, Sardoal, Mação, Sparrowhawk and São Miguel do Rio Torto. In Constancy passes through five points: the Old Source, dated 1848 and also known as Amores Source; the St. John source, dated from the second half of the 19th century; the source of St. John, built in 1849; the source of Portela, built in 1882; and the source of the Ana, built in the years 90.

A small village located on the slopes of Cabeço de Monsanto, at an altitude of 758 meters, known as "the most Portuguese village in Portugal."
