The modest Our Pension has changed and today is already the Paços Ferrara Hotel. The restaurant, which was carrying the same name, changed also. Is more modern. Such as pension, also the name of the restaurant changed. Now it's called Aidé, in tribute to the grandmother of the owner and founder of space. Doesn't change the food quality, with taste of home, like the ox loin roasts, tripe of the port and the gelding to Freamunde.

It is a 13th-century building that was completely altered in the 16th century to house the chapel of São Jerônimo. Its floor plan consists of two rectangular elements arranged perpendicularly. Notable features include the courtyard portico, a small square opening in the cellars, and three Manueline-framed windows, one of which opens onto a balcony. Also, noteworthy is a single-flight staircase leading to a small portico.

A bar considered a cult place at the Bairro Alto. The décor includes graffiti made by the clients. The white sangria is famous. Open from 22 to 4h and closed on Sunday.

Theater opened in 1956 and consists of a room with about 700 seats distributed by audience and two balconies. The facade is supported by pillars, creating on the ground floor a narthex with a mezzanine.
