O restaurante Pinguim, em Castelo Branco, é uma casa de comida caseira, aberto desde 1981, que leva à mesa a chamada comida familiar. Situado no centro da cidade, tem uma oferta baseada nos pratos da região, servida num ambiente requintado e elegante. Da ementa, além dos enchidos regionais que servem de entrada, notabiliza-se pelo cabrito na brasa ou no forno, e ainda pelos maranhos que serve, de fabrico Artesanal. Faz ainda uma regional tigelada e arroz doce caseiro.
