Door integrated into the Roman walls of Idanha-a-Velha, walled fence with a length of about 750 feet. This is one of the two doors that gave access to the interior of the village.

Poço Azul is a rocky area with very clean running water, small waterfalls, and a deep lagoon, making it ideal for swimming. It's well-marked and easily accessible.

A small marina with limited capacity. Located in a densely industrialized area, it has good access. Fifty meters away, there is a small, modern marina exclusively for sailboats.

Unguarded beach, accessed around a cliff, descending around 260 steps. This small beach stretches for around 170 meters, with a wonderful landscape and fine sand.

Secluded beach, with sand in the bottom shell of small bays. The accesses are difficult and winding, and does not have any infrastructure and becomes a desolate, attractive place for nudists.

The Vila Nova de Gaia's El Corte Inglés opened in 2006. Located in the city centre it is easily accessible because it has the subway just by the door.

Castro dating back to the Bronze age, more exactly from the 7th century BC. This is located in a hilly elevation, on top of which stands a chapel of Oracle to Nossa Senhora da Guia. At the same site were also found archaeological remains denoting the existence of a fortified village. Of the latter, very little can be seen because it was grounded in 1995, during the construction of an access road.

São Francisco convent was constructed under the orders of Filipe III next to Várzea Grande, once it was necessary to be next to the hospital, in case the regulars needed it. It possesses one only nave, main chapel, lateral chapels, cloister from the 17th century, and convent divisions. The main façade is composed by three bodies in which the central one has three floors.
