Very mischaracterized and degraded Solar, Baroque oriented. Is endowed with monumental arms stone, with the remaining facades and the interior refurbished.

Neoclassical Church, consisting of two bodies of different epochs, but close. The pediment boasts stone weapons. The Chapel is part of the Manor, but is separated. His strokes are revivalists and preserves a rich decoration and erudite.

This residential blazoned Monument, belongs to Sampaio Family whose leader was the Lord of numerous lands in this region. On the house exuberant façades, one of the façades has one floor and the other has two floors. On the inside it is noticeable the figurative vegetables symbols in one of the compartments and the roof is in worked wood.

It is assumed that this sidewalk is of medieval origin and linking Linhares with the Douro River, more precisely, to a place called Passadouro.
