A masonry mill with a truncated cone-shaped tower and a rotating cap driven by a windlass. It has been in operation since 1982. Whenever weather permits, tourists can observe the traditional grain milling process. At the beginning of this century, the Quintinha Mill is the only example in Portugal of the beginnings of a milling school.

Judging by the architecture, this Chapel features a form of construction typical of the end of the 15th century and early 16TH century, showing similarities to the monastery of San Pedro de Instrumentals by the stones. The mural there patent is of great artistic beauty, the two-dimensional nature of the figuration and by drawing the faces of angels, performed in the mid-16th century and attributed to the painter Arnaus, one of the most interesting fresquistas of the Portuguese Renaissance. The chapel underwent conservation works in 2004 and 2005.

The space of the Solar do Bacalhau restaurant is huge and occupies an old name of gastronomic reference in Coimbra. From a famous Italian, it has become a traditional one also famous where, now, cod is king, here served in its most diverse forms: in onions, cooked with everyone, roasted or on bread. But there is life beyond cod. The sirloin steak with mustard sauce is proof of this, as well as the offer of pizzas that, although unlikely in a restaurant of this kind, are delicious.
