Cabeço das Cabras constitutes the final frontier between the adventurous who set out for the mountain and the more fearful who prefer the safety of the road. Located at an altitude of approximately 1,200 meters, on the western slope of Pico Mountain, it is the highest point on the island accessible by car. From here, one can see the entire island of Faial and the vast blue sea.

Dirt track around the Boiler of Faial, a route very easy that's why don't have signaling. You can't get down to the bottom of the Boiler, since this is classified as a nature reserve, site of Community interest and Special Protection zone.

On the mountain parish of Cabril, the more than two metres tall waterfall that comes from the Unhais brook (resulting of the encounter of the Estrela and Alforfa brooks) is quite an interesting natural resource but difficult to get to. The landscape includes the Poio reservoir.
