Building ordered by D. Luís de Meneses, lord of Pancas and Ponte da Barca, foreiro of the Comendadeiras de Santos-o-Novo in the second half of the XVII century. The avenue, former “Passeio Público”, was a residential area, although there are still remains of the walkway, with trees and lakes.
