Fort built in the 16th century on the site of Cimo da Rocha to defend the town during the Philippine reign. It consists of a small bastion and the Command House and Troop Barracks. Inside, there is the chapel of Our Lady of Conception and an obelisk in honor of Commander Carvalho Araújo.

Located in Ponta dos Rosais lighthouse, in the extreme northwest of the island. From this point we can get beautiful views of the ocean, the island of Faial and Pico Island on the horizon. The set of this tip, of the islets and cliffs around is classified as a site of Community interest.

Bridge located on the Ribeira de Nisa, associated with a stretch of paved road. It's more a testament to the period of Roman occupation in this region. It consists of five perfect round arches with carved-seas in their five pillars, characteristic that makes the site even more enjoyable.

Sophisticated space inserted in a fifth of wine tourism. On this site are served delicious regional dishes made by chef Diogo Rocha. In addition to the proposals included in the menu, there are still two tasting menus placed at the disposal of guests. There are still several wine tasting.

15TH century manor, with 18TH century chapel, belonging to the family of the Viscounts of Ervedal. From the House you can see beautiful scenery, a backdrop of the imposing serra da Estrela. Is decorated to the nines, and therefore full of charms. Abroad are the secular Oaks, shady gardens and Chapel.

Chapel built in 1916. The main façade features granite trim and, above the door, figure a Portuguese shield. You can see the date of the Foundation of the chapel. Inside, the walls are decorated with tiles forming pattern Ashlar. It is still possible to appreciate vestiges of primitive base pulpit.

Peculiar Chapel, small circular-shaped. On the facade, you can see the shots in yellow under a white background and the white marble door, surmounted by the Bell Tower and respective Bell. Inside, the highlight goes to the semicircular form of chancel, paved in terrazzo. Are these formats that confer uniqueness.

16TH century chapel, comprising porch, nave, chancel and vestry. In the Vault you can see murals of 1757. The niche is the 18th century image of the Patron Saint in wood, a modern chorus and a pulpit of masonry box. The staircase that leads to this chapel was built by the City Council, in 1930.

Also named Fortress of Saint Teodósio, as a tribute to a prince, it has an irregular poligonal plan. The precinct is separated from the road by a high, irregular wall. One can still see, on one side, a part of the primimitive wall with a portal.Inside, it has a cylinder shaped tower with a balcony.

Type of cult and religious monument, with eclectic features. Longitudinal composite plant, this church is composed of: nave, vestry and Bell Tower. The shot of the portal can see the arms of San Pedro. Gilded altarpieces. It is assumed that the chalice shaped font may have belonged to the old building.
